Notification of Animal No Longer in Use


Members are to use this form to notify animals that are registered to their fold or ownership that are no longer in use.

IMPORTANT: any further progeny by natural service from these animals cannot be registered if they have birth dates later than 9 months after the respective Cessation of Use dates indicated.

Surrender of Registration Certificates for Animals No Longer In Use:
Members are reminded of the requirement to surrender the registration certificate for any animal that is notified and recorded as being no longer in use.
Certificates must be surrendered to:
AHCS Registrar, PO Box U66, CSU, Wagga Wagga NSW 2678

If you have lost your certificate, please indicate this on the form where required, however we remind you that should you find any registration certificate that is noted as lost in the future that these must be surrendered to the AHCS Registrar.

Fees & Payment:
There are no fees applicable for notifying the AHCS of any animal no longer in use.
